Our experience of maritime law, international trade law, ship arrest, environmental damage regulation and response, tonnage limitation and limitation actions, bill of lading and charterparty disputes, maritime arbitration, and criminal proceedings against ship masters and officers, is unique in the region. We have an unparalleled knowledge of the practices and procedures of the local courts, with in-house and agency resources throughout the Caribbean.
